What we collect
Anonymous, aggregated technical logs (IP address, user-agent, referer, response codes), locally stored preferences (theme, language, cookie consent), and — only if you contact us — the message you send. We do not require accounts and do not ask for names, addresses, or phone numbers.
Why we collect it
To operate the Service, prevent abuse and fraud, meet legal obligations, debug technical problems, and improve performance. We do not sell your data and we do not run behavioural advertising.
Third parties
We call public blockchain endpoints such as mempool.space and public Ethereum JSON-RPC providers to fetch on-chain data. Those requests occur from our servers and do not expose your IP unless the request runs directly in your browser (e.g. price polling to CoinGecko).
Your rights (GDPR)
If you reside in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email privacy@tracepool.io to exercise any of these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Retention & security
Server logs are retained for up to 30 days and then deleted or fully anonymised. Support correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request. All data transits over TLS 1.2+.
